Get Your Friday Fish Fix at the Cheese Bar It's Lent, and the Cheese Bar has brought back its weekly fish fry specials every Friday until Easter on April 4. The menu has two items, the first being three pieces of beer-battered fried cod and coleslaw, served with malt vinegar and a lemon. The second is a fried-cod sandwich, with coleslaw, malt vinegar mayo and zucchini pickles. You can also add a side of house hot sauce.
Prices are $22 for the three-piece platter and $12 for the sandwich. The Cheese Bar is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today (and every day Tuesday through Saturday) for takeout or dine-in.
