Django chef and partner Derek Eidson joined the dsm CultureCast podcast to chat about the restaurant's reopening.
Django Reopens With Full Menu
Django was one of the Greater Des Moines restaurants that reopened their doors last week with limited capacity and increased sanitization measures. On the latest dsm CultureCast podcast, Derek Eidson, executive chef and partner
at Django, says it's been an interesting few days. "We can only manage as far as we can see, and we can't see very far right now," he says.
Still, Django is committed to offering its full menu for both dine-in and carryout. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. You can make reservations or check out the menu on the Django website.
