A Special Chef's Menu at Table 128
Craving an intimate dinner? Clive neighborhood bistro Table 128 features a weekly dine-in
three-course chef's menu, created by co-owner and chef Lynn Pritchard, every Friday and Saturday. Prices are $61 for dinner and wine pairings or $42 for dinner only. The meal starts with whipped goat cheese, outfitted with applewood bacon, tomato jam, oregano, olive and a grilled baguette. The main course is a duck two ways, flanked by squash ravoli, pomegranate molasses and broccolini. Top things off with a sweet potato samosa.

Discussions centered on an idea for a video series telling the rich stories of Lincoln Savings Bank, which was created more than a century ago in small-town Lincoln, Iowa, with funny, spirited and informative tones. Iowa Events Center chefs have created some holiday to-go boxes for cookie decorating, charcuterie, wine and more. There are two charcuterie options ($50 and $75), each including some local cheeses and drinks.
