Django Introduces New Vegan Menu Item

For you vegans out there, Django—a downtown Des Moines restaurant focused on French-inspired cuisine—has added a tasty option to its menu. Vegan gnocchi, made with porcini and tofu pasta, sweet potatoes, chestnuts, sorghum, pickled cranberries and mushroom jus, captures the upscale character that has come to define Django's many menu items. Pair the vegan gnocchi with a glass of pinot noir, and you have a real treat.
