Django Introduces New Vegan Menu ItemFor you vegans out there, Django—a downtown Des Moines restaurant focused on French-inspired cuisine—has added a tasty option to its menu. Vegan gnocchi, made with porcini and tofu pasta, sweet potatoes, chestnuts, sorghum, pickled cranberries and mushroom jus, captures the upscale character that has come to define Django's many menu items.
