Proof Opens for Takeout With New OptionsEarlier this month, Proof, a Western Gateway Park favorite, reopened for takeout-only from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday-Saturday.They've added some fresh menu items as well, namely a soy-braised beef brisket with pickles and bread served on the side. Another entree that caught our eye was the hot honey-style chicken (served in half or whole sizes). For dessert, you can grab the bay leaf flan with Cracker Jacks or the the Earl Gray pots de creme. See the whole menu and order online here. Proof regularly sells out, so be sure to lock in your spot as soon as possible (or maybe even look ahead to next weekend).
