Hello, Marjorie dubs the Locust as a drink "perfect for after dinner or those who like dessert at any time."
Hello, Marjorie Releases Winter Drink Menu
A new lineup of drinks is out at craft cocktail lounge Hello, Marjorie. The winter 2021 menu features some classic favorites, like the Editor's Note (bourbon, apricot liqueur, demara gum and apple bitters), as well as some new recipes. The
Locust, named as a nod to the Grasshopper, features b utter-washed rum, Amaro Averna, Fernet-Branca, crème de cacao and white chocolate. Another drink that caught our eye was the Crimson Macaw (Bacardi Reserva Ocho rum, Leblon Cachaça, Campari, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, pineapple, toasted coconut bitters and fruit caviar).
Check out the full menu here. Hello, Marjorie is open from 4 p.m. to midnight today and tomorrow.
