Food Truck and Brews To Go

Peace Tree Brewing Co. is hosting the food truck Sook's Korean Kitchen in its parking lot at 4-7 p.m. today and 1-7 p.m. tomorrow, providing a good opportunity to get some local bites with a brew to go.

Sook's Korean Kitchen serves authentic Korean food and will have specials on gimbap, a dish made from cooked rice and other ingredients rolled in seaweed, and buldok chicken, which has a heavily spiced barbecue twist. The food truck is donating 10% of all May sales to the Food Bank of Iowa.

Peace Tree Brewing also is offering to-go craft beers. You can preorder online.
