Grab a Slice of Napa Valley at Fleming's
What's a summer dinner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar without premium wine pairings? A new four-course special at the upscale West Des Moines restaurant features wine made at Caymus Vineyards in Napa Valley, renowned for its Caymus cabernet sauvignon. The menu has both takeout and dine-in options.
The courses start with a summer market salad (hearts of romaine, shaved Brussels sprouts, farro, bacon and more) paired with Sea Sun, a chardonnay. Second on the menu is the chickpea and eggplant croquette, which comes with a Caymus-Suisun from the Grand Durif Suisun Valley. The main entree is the peppercorn filet mignon with roasted asparagus, paired with the Caymus cabernet sauvignon. Finish the dinner off with a creamy olive oil cake and Emmolo sparkling wine.
The dine-in option is $99 per guest, and the entire table has to participate. The takeout option is $198 for two with wine upgrades available. You'll also gain access to a virtual tour of Caymus Vineyards. Make reservations here.
