A petite fliet mignon steak headlines Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar's holiday menu (Photo courtesy of Fleming's) A Holiday Three-Course Dinner at Fleming'sFleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar has crafted a three-course menu just for the holiday season. To start, you'll get a choice of either the seafood Louie wedge salad or wild mushroom soup. Each of the two entree options includes an 8-ounce petite filet mignon steak, but you'll
pick between colossal North Atlantic lobster tail ($95) or crab-stuffed colossal shrimp ($85) to round out the main course. On the desert menu is a chocolate gooey butter cake (honeycomb brittle, chocolate sauce and caramel) and a New York cheesecake (classic preparation, topped with caramel and fresh citrus). The featured holiday cocktail is a black walnut Old-Fashioned, made with Basil Hayden's bourbon and touches of maple syrup, black walnut bitters and rosemary. The menu is available through Jan. 5.
