VegLife Des Moines' DSM Vegan Restaurant Tour continues its run leading up to VegFest next month. Des Moines Vegan Tour Stops at Table 128 Table 128 will feature a special menu Saturday for VegLife Des Moines, which picked the
restaurant as one of its six stops along its six-week DSM Vegan Restaurant Tour leading up to VegFest on April 27. The vegan menu ($57 with wine pairings, $38 without) is a three-course meal with optional wine pairings. The wedge salad, which includes avocado, sunflower and hemp seeds, and tempeh bacon, will prepare you for the main entree of king trumpet scallops — seared mushrooms, quinoa, English peas, oregano, thyme and
garlic cashew cream. Topping off the meal is the chocolate PG&J, a dessert that incorporates both dark chocolate and peanut butter. To learn more about Table 128 and other favorite restaurants, click here.
