Lynn and Sarah Pritchard, co-owners of Table 128, are touched by the outpouring of community support during the pandemic, they said on the latest dsm CultureCast podcast.

Table 128 Continues with Curbside Model

When restaurants closed their dine-in areas in March, Table 128 was one of the first eateries to pivot their business model. In a matter of days, Table 128 offered a curbside to-go subscription and meal service, with pricing for both individuals and families.

Now, two months later, co-owners Lynn and Sarah Pritchard have learned quite a lot from the pandemic, they said on our latest dsm CultureCast podcast. They aren't opening their doors quite yet — they're aiming for an early June return — but are planning on continuing curbside pickup even when dine-in is available.

Table 128 will also continue to switch out its to-go menu weekly through its Table To Go option. Order by 12 p.m. tomorrow to try the chef's dinner menu and take part in a private Zoom cooking lesson (45-60 minutes) from Lynn, the head chef.
