The East Village's New Breakfast Spot
If you're in the mood for some casual brunch this weekend, consider trying the Breakfast Club, which opened this week in the renovated Dumpling Darling space at 212 E. Third St.With daily hours, the restaurant serves classic breakfast
favorites with contemporary twists, as well as vegan options. The signature "Notorius B&G" features a jalapeno biscuit with a fried egg and crispy bacon plus a sausage, bacon and ham gravy. The men's and women's Drake University basketball teams will be in action this weekend at the Knapp Center. The men play Loyola at 11 a.m. tomorrow and 2 p.m. Sunday. Lovesick Comedy
