Hello, Marjorie Unveils Summer Drink MenuWe're always waiting in anticipation for Hello, Marjorie's seasonal menu releases. And the summer 2021 list, unveiled in late June, doesn't disappoint. Here are three drinks to try this weekend: Moonlight Swing: Made with Tito's vodka, Caperitif, watermelon shrub, mint, lotus blossom water and dashed with eucalyptus, pitaya and lime, this drink is both refreshing and fruity. The presentation is sublime as well—served with ice shavings in a copper cup. La Bamba: Hello, Marjorie says this cocktail mixes and balances the opposite flavor profiles of an Old-Fashioned and a pina colada. It includes Four Roses Yellow Label bourbon, Bailey's Irish cream, demarara, pineapple, coconut milk, plantain bitters and toasted coconut bitters.
Summer Harvest: A creamy cocktail, but dubbed as bright and fresh, Summer Harvest includes Broker’s London Dry gin, fermented corn, watermelon seed orgeat, macadamia nut, lemon and poppy seed.
