Drinks is offering a Mother's Day all-you-can-eat brunch buffet. The price is $29.95 for adults, with a sliding scale of rates for children ages 2-16. Brunch items include chicken and waffle skewers and pork crown roasts with salsa verde, among other offerings. Bloody marys, mimosas, bellini cocktails and sangrias will be $4. Vivian's is located in downtown’s historic Kirkwood Building, and tricked out with a sparkly and sleek decor, this uplifting venue brings the American diner solidly into the 21st century.

More Brunch Specials Around the Town In West Des Moines, Gilroy's will serve an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet, with made-to-order omelets, breakfast pizza and buttermilk biscuits. Lunch items include fried chicken, mac and cheese and spinach-artichoke dip. The prices are $16.99 for adults and $6.99 for children. Children under 6 eat for free. For $12.99 extra, you can get bottomless mimosas and bloody marys. Reservations are encouraged. Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar will open early at 10 a.m. to serve its three-course brunch menu. The main menu will also be available all day. The Tea Room event space downtown will hold a Mother's Day brunch event. Starting at 10:30 a.m. (go here for reservations), in addition to the buffet, you'll find a full cash bar, including $4 bloody marys, and the promise of "hilarious mom improv comedy." Patrons must be over 21.
