Jethro's BBQ (shown above) will be one of the many vendors at tomorrow's We Will Brunch You festival. We Will, We Will Brunch You! As far as we know,
there won't be a Freddie Mercury lookalike scarfing down a stack of pancakes, but the We Will Brunch You festival, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. tomorrow at Brenton Skating Plaza, will bring together some of Des Moines' favorite brunch spots. Jethro's BBQ, the Republic on Grand and Bonefish Grill are just a few of the participating restaurants we're
keeping an eye on.
Tickets for the event are $49 and include all-you-can-eat brunch items, bottomless drink flights and access to pop-up shops, games and a DJ. The Saylor Township Fire Department will provide bottomless pancakes as well. You must be at least 21 to attend.
